This is an introductory post; my name is Beth Clappison and I am the owner of Prairie Trail Basset Hounds. I currently have two Bassets, Lucy and Sullivan both of which are AKC registered. This pair had their first litter on December 19th and have 8 healthy puppies. Unfortunately, due to complications in labor Lucy had to be spayed following a c-section. I am planning to add another female or two to the family and continue to have one or two litters of Bassets per year. It is my goal to raise healthy, happy puppies and place them in loving forever homes.
