My grandfather, Mario DiMambro, started the kennel in the early 1950's. My grandfather & grandmother Shirley spent the last fifty years owning, breeding & training bird dogs for all of the various activities they & their customers were involved in. Many dogs now competing and winning in AF, AKC, NSTRA, and HUNT TESTS carry the Monkeyshine name in their pedigree's. My grandfather died in May of 200

8. For a few years prior to his death I was privileged to accompany him on several training and trialing adventures. We were trying to finish his last dog FC MONKEYSHINE'S M GO BLUE MAXIMUM, and we did it! It was a great experience for me and I was grateful for the opportunity to spend the last few years of my grandfather's life watching & learning from a man so dedicated and passionate about bird dogs. He told me he could not think of anything else that for him, could have taken the place of competing with high class bird dogs. I have been training dogs professionally for over 17 years. I started by training a few good hunting dogs. Now I am training competition field trial dogs as well as hunting dogs. I want to thank you for taking the time for visiting the site. Pretty sure Voodoo is done...she has 6 beautiful little pups...5 females and 1 male. 4 of the females are sold and the male.... Everyone is doing great and Voodoo is resting comfortably and is being the best mama. I will get more pictures later tonight or tomorrow at some point.

**UPDATE**
Just had an x-ray done and she looks to have 6 for sure with one more hiding. Voodoo is due around the 11th!

Monkeyshine's Voodoo was bred to FC Evergreen's Jed Clampet. Pups will be due around the 3rd week of April....contact April at 330-428-5480 or PM us for more info on this litter.
