• $30 medium dogs (50-100lbs.)
• $40 large dogs (100-150lbs.)
• $50 x-large dogs (150+ lbs.)

* Sunday Sudz Special pricing only applies to bath, blow dry and basic brushing.
* Sunday Sudz does NOT include nail trimming, ear cleaning, or gland expression (these services can sometimes be added onto the package if scheduling allows, but will be an additional charge.)
*Dogs must be current on rabies vaccinations and must be able to provide proof of vaccination in order to qualify for Sunday Sudz or any other grooming service.

Introducing our newest employee, Prune! 🐾

Named lovingly for her guesstimated age of 18 years old, Prune is a rescue shop cat who will be living out the remainder of her days at Far Fetched PetQuarters being loved on by our employees and customers. Her sweet demeanor, lack of personal space awareness, loving personality, makes her the perfect cat to join our Far Fetched Family.

Bring your pup for daycare in their costume to have their photo taken and posted on our page the night of Halloween for our followers to vote on their favorite costumes!

• Awards will be given for Cutest Costume, Scariest Costume, and Best Overall Costume.

• Each winner will receive a Halloween prize basket FULL of spooky goodies!

• As a reminder, we offer half day visits less than 5 hours for $15 and full day visits that are 5+ hours for $25.

• Reservations aren't required, but greatly preferred, especially for new clients.

Far Fetched PetQuarters strives to create a work environment where our team feels valued, supported, and that their work and life balance is important. We seek to provide animal care careers where our employees grow, develop, and thrive. Because we are a female led industry, we have many employees who have child care needs that cannot be met due to a lack of or inaccessible local resources. Far Fetched PetQuarters has decided to try to fill this need for our employees in a convenient and affordable benefit on-site at our Big Stone Gap, VA business location.

Far Fetched PetQuarters is seeking a qualified infant and childcare team member to develop and lead our child care program. This could be a full time Monday- Friday position beginning at 9 AM daily, but we are very open to part time and flexible time for the right candidate. Pay is negotiable and based on experience and credentials. We will also hire a part time assistant in the coming months as employees begin to use the service to provide assistance and for schedule coverage. The expectation is 2-4 infants or toddlers during the work day with 1-2 hours of after school care for a few school aged children.

We are looking for an Infant & Childcare Team Member with the following qualifications:
1. A degree in early childhood education, a current Virginia daycare licensure, or a similar qualification.
2. Must have experience or knowledge to work with the state to ensure all regulations, licenses, certifications, or other requirements are fulfilled based upon the level of employee use of the childcare option.
3. Must be able to pass a criminal background check
4. Pediatric first aid and CPR training
5. Clear TB test and drug test
6. Dependable and flexible with a solid work history and demonstrated experience.
7. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand and bend, and be physically active when needed to attend to children.
8. An understanding of the the physical, mental, emotional, and social development of infants and children, and a desire to cultivate a positive and nurturing environment for children in their care.
9. Ability to consistently care for the daily needs of infants, toddlers, and children.
10. Good communication with the management of Far Fetched PetQuarters and the families of the children in their care.

We are doing a second round of donations for the flood victims of Damascus, Virginia after our first collection was such a great success!

Below is an updated flier containing our new collection times, location and information about how to send monetary donations for us to purchase supplies on your behalf.

The most important and requested supplies include:
- Batteries
- Flashlights
- Fans
- Cleaning Supplies
- Shovels, Rakes, Landscaping Tools
- Water
