Finally got current pictures of the Grulla paint filly I got last FALL, she is a leggy gal, needs to be a Western/English pleasure horse! Shasta (barn name) is so trainable, easy going! GREAT PROSPECT! just wish I was younger...LOL

Kate & Pepsi working on ropes, We've had some hurtles to cross after some bad experiences with ropes. She is coming along well and headed to her first roping clinic, Pepsi is built perfect for a heel horse and loves the cattle! Kuddos to you Kate!

The ole brood mare went to her first show! A little slow pace for a reining bred horse, but they did pretty good!

Mares aren’t always well liked and for the same reasons strong women aren’t.

Opinionated? Those opinions are not without good cause and maybe you can't figure them out or maybe you just don’t like her opinion of you. Change it and she will always be on your side.

Stubborn? She just won’t let you bulldoze her. Treat her with respect and her resilience will be an asset to you.

Difficult? You just can’t handle her. You don’t have what it takes.

Stick with geldings then, and leave the mare for someone who understands her and appreciates the same qualities society has subtlety taught you not to like.

Here’s to mares, to strong women, and to those who CAN and DO appreciate them!

SOLD! 14 " Barrel Saddle in good shape, Light weight. I added a back cinch to ground work c**ts, than sold the c**ts! Great starter saddle. Stamped Rimrock 1547 14. $300. Headed to Billings 7/12 could deliver.

SOLD! Better pictures! APHA C**T, Bred for reining, cow and speed. Pretty red dun color too. Halter broke and handling his feet. Just a sweetie. Ready to go in October. I do payments till weaning. . This is my last c**t folks, I'v retired!

Sent some ribbons off to make wreaths, They came back today! What a way to end many years of horses and all the memories! The quilt was a 6-7 year project I worked on. My last foal was born 5/24/21 I am officially retired!
