So far Miss Mabel spends lots of time curled up on a lap! She is starting to get sassy, and has found her voice! She loves to eat, play, wrestle with the other dog and our cat, and snuggle! She is a pretty good sunbather too! She is a sweet loving girl! Thanks so much!

Hi! We’ve certainly had our hands full the past month but we wanted to let you know that Pierogi (formerly Lawson) is doing great! He is so smart, funny, and the most popular guy in the neighborhood. He will not come out of his crate after a nap until he gets some belly rubs. He’s such a sweetheart and we are so happy to have him in our little family. Thank you again!

Amos is a delightful blend of beauty, intelligence, and affection, bringing joy and companionship to our lives. He is so stubborn, loves to cuddle, and most importantly, he protects his little baby sister. We knew this sweet puppy was meant to be in our family to make it complete.

Amos is curious, loyal, playful, affectionate, and very alert. We are so thankful for the support we have been given from Dachshund Up North. Happy 1st Birthday to our Amos! He’s always there when I need a buddy, he always listens, and he truly is man's best friend.

Arthur (formerly Ned) is the sweetest little boy and I’m so lucky to be his mama! From the minute we got home, he has been my little shadow. I’m lucky enough to get to take him to work with me at my vet office and he has been fitting in quite well (even if he does sleep on the job!) So far his favorite things are walks on the trail, his squeaky toys and freeze dried liver training treats! To say he has filled my heart with love again, after loosing my soul dog of 17 years, would be a vast understatement. I am forever grateful for Dachshunds Up North for bringing me to my new best friend 🧡 Thank You

“Earl is doing great in bed every night. He cracks me up. Put him on his back and he falls asleep.

He’s quickly becoming my shadow and my snuggle buddy which is exactly what I needed and hoped for.

His orneriness comes out more each day as he becomes comfortable.

Just love this lil man.”

Fredrick in Action

Opie is 6 months old today! He’s the sweetest boy and growing fast he’s already 13 pounds! He loves his treats and especially loves his big sister Winnie and follows her wherever she goes! Thank you again for bringing us the sweetest boy we love him so much! Thank you, Ty Rolfson for sharing your super cute Smart little guy with all of us.
