Keystone Mobile Veterinary Services joins the Animal Wellness Clinic family.
The Animal Wellness Clinic, currently located at 3570 Chambersburg Road, Biglerville, Pennsylvania, originated from a mobile veterinary service called Chip My Pet. Chip My Pet, founded in 2002, was solely dedicated to microchipping companion animals in Maryland and Pennsylvania. In October 2003 services expanded to include wellness care and routine surgical procedures for small animals. It was at that time the Clinic received its name. The clinic was originally located at 3585 Chambersburg Road until August 2005 when the practice moved to its current location.
In 2014, Keystone Mobile Veterinary Services joined the Animal Wellness Clinic family. Keystone was previously owned by Dr. Murphy in Scotland, PA. After Dr. Murphy’s sudden passing, Dr. Flake purchased the practice and the mobile veterinary unit.
