Hi Bow Wow pals! Here’s a little video pupdate on our new rescue, Star! We adopted her two weeks ago today and she is doing really well fitting in with the pack. We are so happy that she is now part of our family.🐾❤️🐾

It’s a girl! Welcome to our pack, “Star”McKenney. Although we were not planning on expanding our family at this time, this precious 14 month old baby girl needed to be rescued! Her sad story…she and her four sisters (along with their mother) were purchased  by someone who decided to breed these girls at a year old, which is far too young! Sadly, Star was frightened, overwhelmed and stopped feeding her puppies after three weeks. We also learned that she was suffering from untreated Lyme disease, only weighs 76 pounds and has little to no muscle tone. Thank you to Robbi/Robbi‘s Rescue Dog, for saving this precious pup. Star is now a McKenney, and getting the medical attention she needs. Soon she will understand that she is not only safe, but truly loved.🐾❤️🐾🐾❤️🐾🐾❤️🐾🐾❤️🐾

Hi Bow Wow pals! Our annual Santa/Grinch photo fundraiser was such a success! Here is a picture of all the precious pups who benefited from everyone who participated and/or donated. Sue/Sarah’s Second Chance Dog Rescue and Robbi/Robbi‘s Rescue Dog are very thankful for all your support! Santa and the Grinch will be back again next year with even more backgrounds to choose from! Thanks again! 🐾❤️💚🐾
