Day 2 of ENS exercises!
The New Year litter is 3 days old today! Which means... Day One of ENS & ESI 🎉 One of the ways we raise all our puppies is by incorporating Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction. These are exercises performed on each puppy between 3-16 days of age, which have been shown to strengthen the adrenals and heart, increase resistance to disease, increase tolerance to stress, and increased aptitude for differentiating scents at an early age. Scent work, the ability to handle stress, and good health all play a part in selecting a service or therapy dog who can be relied on to assist you, or a companion who will become a true asset to your life! What else sets our puppies apart? Their socialization! They are born and raised in our home, right in the middle of all the day to day busyness. They spend their days learning how to be a part of a family - from practicing manners during messy meals, to respecting the space of little people or guests, to knowing the difference between time to play and time to be still. It's a joy to put our time and dedication into these puppies, knowing they will go on to bless other families as our dogs bless ours.
