It's that time of year again! We're teaming up with Skyline Espresso and YVAS to do a giving tree. We appreciate everyone who donated last year!

It's time for Howliday Giving Trees - where YOU can be Santa for a shelter animal this season!

Our animals worked hard to create their wish lists and have their ornaments ready for picking. The back of each ornament has a wish list item that will help make this holiday season cheerier for the animals while they wait for their forever homes. Trees can be found at the following locations:

Gifts can be dropped off under the same tree that you grabbed the ornament from, or brought directly to Yellowstone Valley Animals Shelter now through December 31st.

We are super late in posting these but we finally got everything all figured out! We have our winners (everyone has already been notified and pictures approved to post) for our Halloween Costume Contest!!

In the small dog category, the first place winner is Maverick as Yoshi's Egg! The second place winner is Gracie as W***y Wonka!

It took us a little bit to get our second plaque but we won the Best of Billings Best Pet Store and Pet Groomer! We appreciate each and every one of you who voted and our wonderful staff who makes us the Best of Billings!

Join us on October 31st for our Dog Costume Contest and Photo Booth! We have candy for humans and treats for the dogs along with the chance to win a $25 gift card. There's two different brackets for dogs over 50lbs and dogs under 50lbs. We'll be there all day so stop on by!

We officially have a new Groomer starting with us on Monday 10/7! Lynzie just moved here from Minnesota where she worked as a dog bather for a bit and then transferred to being a Professional Groomer in September of last year. She's a fantastic person and I think we will all enjoy having her here. If interested in getting grooming services with Lynzie, please call us at 406-534-4245 and we can get you in ASAP!

We've had a few people request tougher collars, leashes, and toys, so we did some research and found the company Operation Good Boy. Not only is this company veteran owned, they also donate to Military Working Dog charities. With the large veteran population in Billings, we figured they'd make a good fit here! The collars are one size and they fit between 16" to 25" necks.

It's September! Which means we have our August Grooming Dogs of the Month to announce! Maxx, Gracie, and Moose have the honors! We loves our furry friends that come in and these three were the ones that stood out for the month.

Plans are also starting to come together for our remodel of our grooming salon so I'll be excited to share that once we get there!

It officially happened! We are now stocking Farmina! We are going to carry their Ancestral Grain and Pumpkin lines in both Chicken & Pomegranate and the Lamb & Blueberry to start out for dogs and we have the Prime in both flavors for cat! We also have samples for each product available.

We have made the sad and unfortunate decision that we will be closing our Daycamp at the end of the month. The 30th will be the latest day it will be open, possibly earlier depending on how long Daycamp services are utilized, to give everyone ample time to make other plans. This decision has not come easy to us but ultimately it came down to wanting to focus and improve on our other products and services we provide. We appreciate each and every one of you that use our Daycamp. We are going to really miss all the friends we have made and watching them play and have fun.
