Is Biloxi closed to tourism?

At the next City Council Meeting on Tuesday, 8 April 2025, 6:00 PM, our elected officials will decide to approve or disapprove an event permit for "Bikin' the Beach 2025", which is being held by The Sanctuary. The main issue against approving this permit, is that representatives from the Biloxi Police Department stated, at last weeks City Council Meeting, that they do not have the manpower and resources to support another event.

If you are a developer who is interested in investing in Biloxi (to build a resort, casino, etc.), you may want to look somewhere else.
