To our clients, A couple things I would like to address as we approach the holiday season.

1) We are working long hours already. Most days 8am-8pm Please allow 48 hours for a return phone calls. If you need to get ahold of us ASAP, pleas text us at 607-206-9425! With blow drying, dogs barking and giving our undivided attention to the dog we’re working on sometimes we just can’t answer the phone.

2) If YOU miss YOUR appointment between now and Christmas we will NOT be able to reschedule you until after Dec 26th. Our schedule is packed at the moment. We have some wiggle room but not much and those appointments that are left are being held for long term clients that can’t rebook due to life events.

3) We are no longer waiving the no call, no show fee. If you do not show up or call 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged.

4) Please Please Please DO NOT show up before we call or text you that your pup is ready unless we tell you a time to be back. If you walk in and your puppy is still on the table, we will not finish the appointment. Nine times out of ten your puppy does better when you are not present. When you show up your pup gets so excited, it’s near impossible to finish correctly and safely.

4) Please bear with us during this holiday season. We have four groomers and two bath tubs. Your appointment may take a little longer than normal.
