Introducing Antony the baby Tamandua! Antony is one of our very special baby residents! He was a premie and was therefore rejected by his mother 😭 thankfully, our knowledgeable staff jumpped into action and saved him! Our wonderful head keeper, Bre, quickly became Antonys surrogate mother. She’s spent countless hours, sleepless nights and long days watching over this little guy, ensuring his wellbeing. We are beyond happy to announce that Antony will be saying with us long term, and will EVENTUALLY become one of our educational ambassadors for his species and the rainforest! In the future, we will open up bookings for private encounters with Antony in our Rainforest exhibit building, AND school education chats, where WE come to YOU! 🖤🖤🖤🖤
