1. My appointment app sends out reminders of your appointment the day before and day off.
2. You can find my phone number on my business page to call and cancel your appointment. 205-718-6616
3. No reason not to reach out to cancel your appointment
4. If you no show not only are you taking away from someone else needing your appointment time but I am also losing money while my other clients are having to wait. When I could have filled that time with another customer.
5. If it’s your first time to make an appointment with us and you No Show you will not be able to rebook.

Good morning. I have several customer’s reaching out inquiring about boarding there dogs through the storm. We are unable to do so. We have to kennel our pups plus our children are coming with theirs. I am so sorry we can not accommodate your furbabies at this time. Please stay weather alert.
