This is an awesome suggestion on bonding.

To get gliders used to your hands, run your hands under hot water. Take the sleeping pouch out during the day when they are sleepiest, hand out treats and slip your warm hand in there with them. As they are eating, stroke them, pet them, especially along the jawline and behind the ears. Rub their paws, if they are holding a yogie, slip your fingers between their hand and yogie, they will go after the yogurt drop with the other paw. Cup your hand around them and go still. Hold that position or move slightly if they nip, and keep it up. If your hand has been in their with them sharing their treat, your hand will no longer seem a threat. Just keep it low and never swooping over them. Snuggle in with them just as if you were another glider. Let them drift off. Repeat this every day until you can slip your hand under one and lift to the top of the pouch. Take it slow, if they rush back into the pouch let them. Baby steps.

If your gliders are biters, never offer them the tips of your fingers unless they are pinched around a yogurt drop. Instead, make a fist and offer them the back of your hand in the pouch. They can't bite that and eventually will stop trying.
