Hello Healthy Dog Friends!!
I just wanted to pop on here and remind everyone about the ability to cancel your appointment straight from our automated reminder text.

If that text comes through, the weeks been busy, life got in the way and you’ve let your appointment slip your mind… don’t panic! Just reply “x” and it will cancel your appointment automatically. ❌
Now, you don’t have to rush, and we can fill in that time with another furry friend. 🐶
A win-win!

And please, if you have something come up and you know it interferes with your appointment, let us know ASAP so we can fill that spot and use our time efficiently!

We’ve been having lots of no-shows and last minute cancellations.
To minimize this we are asking for your help by giving us a heads up if you know you aren’t going to be able to make it to the appointment stated in your text.

We are more than understanding that things come up. It happens here as well. Things don’t go to plan and we get behind schedule.

We have had some recent employee availability changes. That being said, we have bath and de-shed only (no grooming/cuts) appointments open on Feb 13, Mar 8, 19, 20 and 27th. If you had a bath/de-shed appointment on any of those dates and want to rebook to those dates or your pup could use a good bath/de-shed, please call us at 701-255-1396.
