rabbit, or guinea pig. As a grooming shop founded by Miranda, a licensed veterinary technician, we also always have your pet’s overall health and well-being in mind. In addition to cleansing baths, styles and cuts, and spa treatments, we specialize in Asian fusion styles and deep conditioning. We also offer grooming products and Hank's Dog Food, a locally made dog food that gives your dog the proper nutrition they need. Shoot, I didn't do a very good job of taking pictures tonight but MonAmie entered Abstract Runway... she was a bit intimidated on the catwalk and may have had a panic attack lol. I'm super proud of this groom. Abstract has not come naturally to me but I'm going to keep trying and hopefully improving.

If any of my wonderful clients want to let me practice I would love it! 😉

It's unfortunate but I feel I need to share this PSA about not mistreating your pet groomers. We want to take care of your pets but we will not tolerate being screamed and cussed at because you don't think we're fast enough.

I can't belive I missed posting that yesterday was our 8 year anniversary of owning Pet Place! Today we officially own the Thayer location outright! It's also my husband Jamie's last day at his current job before he joins the team here and will help me manage both salons.

Dyson, Ranger and I are on our maiden voyage in the new camper van, Brunhilda. We're heading to the Windy City Grooming Show. I plan to take my last 2 written tests for my Master Groomer Certification. If I do well I can take the final master exam in February in Pasadena. Wish me luck!

UPDATE: My husband was able to track him and he is home!!!!

Edit: last seen by Big Boy around 1:45.

Please be on the lookout for a black Scottish terrier named Bobby. The owner came into our Thayer location for a nail trim and slipped outside and Bobby got scared and ran. Please call 701-222-2895. He is very scared but was wearing a leash and collar when he ran.

We have no shortage of eggs and I believe these farm fresh eggs are actually more affordable than the grocery stores because we do recycle egg cartons. The dates written on the carton are the dates the eggs were collected. Farm fresh eggs last much longer

Puppy Party Sleepover

Friday night one of our Boarding clients had a bit of anxiety and became a little destructive. So last night we decided my kids and I would have a sleepover at Pet Place to help keep everybody calm. So this was our puppy party sleepover and how I woke up this morning. There were six pups in total at our sleepover including two of my own.
