Gun Dog House Door, Inc. is thrilled to welcome Skyler Riedinger as a summer intern. A proud graduate of Bismarck's Century High School, Skyler is now a senior at North Dakota State University, working towards his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Beyond the classroom, Skyler shines as a right-handed pitcher for the NDSU Bison baseball team, playing with remarkable pride and determination.

For Skyler, baseball, being the pitcher, is more than a game, it's a job! We look forward to watching Skyler use "precision and accuracy", "analysis and adjustment", "stress and strain management", "dynamics", and all of his other "tools and techniques" to come up with "innovative and creative" adjustments to our company's products and processes as he does when he is on the mound hurling balls 95+ mph.

While Skyler dreams of playing professional baseball, he remains humble, knowing his mechanical engineering degree ensures a promising future, regardless of where his talents take him.

UPFRONT’S CHARLIE won the Big Sky Open Shooting Dog Derby stake this weekend. Thanks to my scout, Doug Swingley.

Her brother from the first breeding of Chelsea’s Thunderbolt x UPFRONT’S Southern Star (Roo), Ramblin Rivers Natural (Earl) won the Big Sky Open Shooting Dog Championship.

Finally … after 5 weeks, LOTS of phone calls, emails, and texts … Roo’s painting was delivered today.

Thank you to Purina’s Gail Collar Inman & Greg Blair for locating it at the Hotel as the UPS Store apparently didn’t put the new label on the box so the original scan from the artist, Ross Young, to the hotel was scanned again.

Once located, our dog door company’s UPS rep, Matt, babysat it all the way from SC to Bismarck ND as it’s had multiple unintended delays.

Definitely will cherish the work by Ross as I never really took a good look at it during the Purina Awards banquet.

We have done custom sized guillotine closure work for many years but these are the mac daddy of them all … 3/8” thick 24 wide x 32 tall.

Customer wanted the look and weight to make sure all dogs were secure. We are pretty sure these meet her requirements!

At Gun Dog House Door, we make all of our own products except a few. One of them was the dog box for the elevated kennel systems. So, when the mfg made a decision to stop producing this product line (aluminum insulated dog boxes), you let your summer interns take control and design it in 3D CAD (SolidWorks), work with the shop to make the parts, assemble, palletize, and fulfill orders.

Our area of the country has been extremely dry the last several years. So, with the snowpocalypse/snowmageddon upon us, we tough it out and appreciate the moisture, regardless of the form it is received.

This will cause delays in shipping as no freight companies are working until most likely Thursday.

We, however, remain open for calls, emails, texts, etc to answer any questions you may have.
