As much as I'm not a fan of posting policy updates and business expectations we've had so many no-shows/ same day cancellations lately that I feel the need to reiterate our cancellation policies.
I understand life happens/sickness/emergencies. We are willing to work with our clients in these situations!
Giving 24hrs notice gives us a chance to be able to replace the time with another client on our waitlist;
