We are super excited to officially welcome Silvercreek’s Vivacious (“Viva”) to our barn family! She is going to be such an awesome show partner for Faris and in the mean time, will be doing the green hunters and hopefully some derbies next year with Kalea! She is seriously one of the sweetest mares on the planet! 🥰🤩

UPDATE: Following the state mandate, we will be holding off on all lessons until the ban on non-essential business has been lifted. All of our horses will continue to receive their normal care (agricultural workers are exempt) and the day to day routine of feeding, cleaning and turnout will remain unchanged.

Check out this great video from Olympic rider Beezie Madden’s training program on young horse development! A very similar program to ours that emphasizes consistency and building a horse’s education slowly from the basics onward.

We had a great week at the HJEO fall finale. The horses got better and better through the week- it was all around a terrific show! Not to mention it was fun getting to spend time with our horse show friends!

Stay tuned for our winter show schedule! We will be hitting the road in the new year either to Katy, TX or to WEC in Ohio. Lots of really great things in store for 2020! ☺️
