Just want to remind everyone that Ingles has dumpsters available for public trash. Someone whose name I will keep private (we have cameras and their name was on the trash) came and filled our dumpster at work that we paid for privately to remove a damaged shed that was destroyed by a bear. We now have to not only pay to haul off this persons trash from what appears to be their own construction project along with trash and recycling bags but also have another one brought in for our original need😔 Please use the designated dumpsters that the town has provided

We will reopen Monday, Oct. 7 from 10-3
We do not have phone service or internet so we will be doing walk ins. We have some limitations but will be there and do what we can. This has been a difficult time for everyone and our hearts are with y’all ♥️

Good morning all! Blue Ridge Animal Hospital has a new cancellation policy that will go into effect on Dec. 1, 2023. We very much appreciate all of our patients/clients but due to a huge increase in no shows and last minute cancellations we will now require a 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule appointments and a 48 hour notice to cancel/reschedule surgeries. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in a $25 fee for appts and $75 fee for surgeries. We regret to have to impose this new policy but do to the overwhelming amount of these occurrences it is becoming a financial burden as well as affecting the flow of appointments. We offer a 10 minute grace period on appt arrival time but after that time we will have to move onto our next appointments. We appreciate all of our clients/patients and thank you for choosing us to care for your fur babies. We hope everyone will understand that we do not want to inconvenience anyone but do need to get a handle on the issue. Thank you 💕
