Laurel Ridge Goldendoodles and Poodles

We have 2 dogs still looking for a home (discussed below)! We have also been getting a lot of people reaching out about Goldendoodle breeder recommendations and we personally recommend Debs Doodles in Culpeper, VA and Rose and Reid Doodles in Hiddenite, NC ❤️.

Sangria is our 3 year AKC registered red Standard Poodle. She weighs around 65 lbs and is sweet as can be. Gets along great with all other dogs and animals. Can be a bit shy with new people. Spayed and never had any puppies. Up to date on all vaccines.

Many of you may know Jacob, our 12 year AKC registered Moyen Poodle, as he fathered most of our litters over the years! He will always have a home with us, but we want to give him the chance of spending his last years in a quiet home where he can get all the individual attention he deserves. Would be great for anyone looking for a quiet, calm dog. He would do fine in a home without another dog, but would probably love having another dog friend around. He is super shy with new people, but is gentle and sweet when he opens up. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines. He weighs around 42 lbs.

Both these guys have lived primarily in our kennel, so they are not fully house trained, but they both walk great on a leash and do fine in a crate.

Although Sangria and Jacob are not related, they are close friends and would do great being adopted together as well ❤️.

Sangria is an almost 3 year old AKC registered red Standard Poodle looking for a home. She weighs around 60 lbs. She has never had any litters and is spayed. She is also up to date on all her vaccines. She gets along great with other dogs. She will need to some time to get adjusted to a new setting, as our dogs live primarily in our kennel area (as with all our other adoptable dogs). Adoption fee is $250. Thank you to everyone who has purchased a puppy or puppies from us in the past 20 years! Bittersweet moments watching the last puppies go to their homes. We still have 6 adult dogs looking for homes and we will be making individual posts for them in the next few days. Cypress is a 5 month old AKC registered Poodle that is expected to mature around 25 lbs. She was originally supposed to be part of our breeding program, but since we are closing she is looking for a home. She is super friendly and playful and loves making friends with everyone. She is genetically tested through Embark. She is not potty trained as she lives primarily in our kennel. She has been started on the basics of leash training and she is also a star at it like her brother Neo ✨

Padme and Pax welcomed our last litter on June 3rd. Padme gave us 6 puppies, 4 boys and 2 girls. These are F1b medium Goldendoodles expected to mature between 35-50 lbs! Basil and Rosemary are Golden Retriever sisters who turn 4 this month. They are both people orientated dogs who would do great with anyone. *UPDATE: ADOPTED* ⭐️Amazing opportunity for anyone looking to skip the puppy phase! ⭐️ Dakota is an almost 5 month old F1 medium Goldendoodle that is fully housebroken, crate trained, leash trained, and knows some basic commands. He is also fully vaccinated and has been taken downtown and on many walks to different locations.
He has the best calm personality and is super trainable. He can play a little rough, so I probably wouldn’t recommend him for anyone with super tiny dogs or really elderly dogs, but he gets along great with all of my dogs and puppies!
I expect him to mature around 45-55 lbs.
He is priced at $5,000 due to all the training and care he has received over the last few months ❤️

Laurel Ridge Goldendoodles has decided to start closing down after 20 years.
We did not make this decision lightly, but we as a family are looking to go in different directions. This process will not happen overnight and will likely be a few months before completely closing down.
Given that, all of our adult breeding dogs (that are not pregnant) are looking for homes.

We will be making individual posts about all our remaining puppies and retiring dogs over the coming weeks.
We are currently only expecting one litter between Padme and Pax that is due in a couple weeks. We have an open deposit list on that litter.
