We are lucky to be so close to the Virginia Horse Center! Today Joe and Noelle took horses to VHC to school at a new venue and new location. This morning, Banjo proved he is worth his weight in gold because there aren’t a lot of 6 year olds you can pull out of the field at 7am in 17 degree weather to move cows, but Banjo is one of them.

This 5 year old mustang mare has been has been with us for about 80 days now. She came to be started under saddle and this is her first day roping with the breakaway. We are really enjoying watching her progress!
Cross country schooling
We are taking advantage of this warm November. Kayleigh and Betty joined a client at Green Hill Park this weekend to school some of the cross country jumps. Tomorrow we are excited to be hosting riders at McDonald Equine for a cow play day!
