**Adopted 4/5/25** Introducing Stumpy, a charming and incredibly handsome boy discovered at Stumpy Creek Park amidst the hustle and bustle of youth sports. Although he was a bit overwhelmed by all the action around him, his curiosity got the better of him as he bravely approached people to sniff and say hello before darting away.

After several attempts to bring him to safety, a kind-hearted lady earned his trust, soothing him and inviting him onto a cozy blanket. She gently placed a leash and collar on him, continuing to comfort him while waiting for animal control to arrive. Initially unsure about the leash, Stumpy has made remarkable progress and is now mastering his leash skills like a true champ!

This handsome pup possesses a sweet disposition that can truly melt your heart. When he met another dog at the shelter, he approached her with a wagging tail and a friendly demeanor, showing just how sociable he can be. Stumpy is ready to find his forever home, where he can continue to blossom and share his love.

🐾 Come meet these amazing dogs at our adoption event tomorrow (Saturday) at the Lincolnton PetSmart. We will be there from 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

🐾 Adoption fee is $40. Dogs have received their basic vaccinations, been spayed/neutered, and microchipped.

🐾 If you already have dogs, please bring them so we can ensure all family members approve.

🐾 Animals coming are subject to change.

🐾 All of our amazing animals come from Lincoln County Animal Services.
