OUR SHELTER IS FULL AND SO MANY GREAT DOGS LIKE BLUE ARE READY TO GO HOME WITH YOU!!!

Meet Blue, our little pot of gold! This one-year-old male pup is as sweet as a shamrock shake and is looking for his forever family to share all the luck of the Irish with.

Blue might be a bit shy at first, but with a sprinkle of patience and a dash of love, he'll warm up faster than you can say "Erin go Bragh!" Blue would be good with older kids as long as they are patient but he'd love to meet them first to make sure everyone gets along like a four-leaf clover. He's hoping to find an adopter who understands that good things come to those who wait and will give him the time he needs to feel comfortable in his new home.

Little Porky was found alone on the streets and brought to our shelter by animal control. Her skin was covered in blotches and pustules, she had an abdominal hernia, and she was struggling to breathe.

After a thorough examination by our veterinary team, Porky was given medication to treat her skin condition. The team discovered that an elongated soft palate was causing her breathing issues. Unfortunately, soft palate abnormalities are common in bully-breed dogs like Porky. Our veterinarian performed the surgery to fix her hernia and her soft palate so she is now able to breathe much more comfortably!

Porky made an incredible recovery from her surgeries and was nursed back to health in a loving foster home.

The total cost for Porky's surgery and follow-up care has been approximately $1,500. Can you help us to cover these expenses? Any funds raised beyond the amount needed for Porky's care will go toward supporting the ongoing needs of other animals in our shelter. Bentley is a playful and social pup who loves games, making new friends, and getting along with other dogs and even cats! He's also great with children, but we recommend a meet-and-greet before adoption to ensure a perfect fit for everyone.

The cat will then be spayed or neutered before being released back to their colony as part of our trap-neuter-return (TNR) program. TNR is a vital component of community cat population control. Your donation ensures that we can offer spay/neuter surgery for free or at a reduced cost for community cats and their caregivers in need.
