Happy Independence Day from You Lucky Dog Salon! Please forgive our lack of photos this holiday; June and July have really been busy! Just a few updates:
• We attended the Atlanta Pet Fair in late June, upgrading some of our products and tools, and pursuing continuing education- especially with the National Dog Groomers Association of America.
• We've updated our contact system. All phone calls are routed to voicemail, and all contact (voicemail, text message, email, etc.) will be replied to the following week. We will periodically review text messages and voicemail during the day for clients whose pets are with us that day, as well as for responses to reminders or appointment offers.
• This month, we installed a wonderful new shampoo system for the comfort of your pets (and our staff).
• It's time to start preparing for 2022! If your pet(s) are on a recurring schedule (or would like to be), make sure you're set up for 2022 as well!
