It’s sweater weather 🥶🐶
“Boss man” would like to remind everyone as temperatures drop, don’t forget your pets.
One good rule of thumb to keep in mind is if it’s too cold outside for you, then it’s too cold for your furry friend as well.
Outdoor pets should never be left outside for long periods of time in the cold, especially if they lack access to warmth.

Be proactive and stay warm!

This Pet came in Monday after eating some artificial flowers. The x-ray below shows a metallic object stuck in her intestines. Dr. Kenney removed the green stem of a plastic flower with a metal center. She also found some small amounts of thread-like product.
This pet will be on a high fiber diet to soften her stool while she recovers from her surgery. She's doing well and is recovering nicely.

This Kitty was brought in unneutered. He was hit by a car: my husband picked him up from the side of the road and brought him in. We were unable to get a good photo as he was flat out for a bit and is still hiding. But, he is much better today. He is very timid. Neutered now. Negative for FeLV, FIV, HWT. Got his rabies. He is currently at our hospital. (Union County Pet Hospital)
After 5 days he will be available for adoption.
