Edit: Finder says her dogs are not cat friendly.
Can anyone local to Blakely, GA help with these kittens found in a cooler? No mom seen in a couple of days and these babies need help. Looks like they will need bottle feeding ASAP.

If you’re missing a pet, even if this pet has been missing for a long time, please send a description and/or picture. Your missing baby may have been confiscated today and we’d love to return pets to their families. I saw some that I KNOW once had good homes.

"Today I found this kid tied up with a bag next to him that had his things. I didn't think if I have space, if I have a job, what my husband will say or come on baby let someone else do it. I just took him, I told him it's okay that he is scared, that I understand and that everything will be fine. I am sharing the photo so everyone can see the look of terror, sadness and shock in his eyes. The animal is in shock just like a human child would be.
Today we will become a family. I hope our hug heals this traumatic experience"

Can anyone help with some dumped off dogs? There have been 3 dogs dumped off Columbia Hwy in Early County in the same general area. The dog in the video is a pregnant female. The white dog shared in comments is female and the black dog is male. All are friendly but the dogs in comments are chasing human the homeowner's cats. She has them in her dog pen for their protection and to protect her cats. This area is a local dumping ground for unwanted animals.
