🚶🚴‍♂️🛼 We're excited to announce Walk, Bike, Skate, a new program launching in July! If you walk, run, ride a bicycle, or roller skate to either the Norman Farm Market at The Well or the Moore Farm Market at Central Park, you can collect $20 per single person or per family to spend at either market! 🚶‍♀️🚴‍♀️🛼
$20 per family (not per person within the family)
$20 per day (not per visit)
Tokens can be used for produce, meat, dairy, bread, jam, honey, food-bearing plants, and seeds 🌱🍞🧀 Tokens are valid at either of our markets but will no longer be redeemable after Nov. 30, 2026, when this ARPA-funded project ends.
Program applies to the following farm markets:
Norman Farm Market, 210 S. James Garner Ave.
Tuesdays, 4-7 p.m.
Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Moore Farm Market at Central Park, 700 S. Broadway Ave.
Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Remember, you must arrive without the assistance of a motorized vehicle to qualify. So lace up those shoes, grab your bike, or strap on those skates and head over to enjoy fresh, local goods!

Everything is set up, prettied up, and ready to go for tonight's "Date Night on the Farm." Featuring live music from Blue Skies acoustic duo, gorgeous u-pick flowers, and baby goats to pet, it's gonna be a fun night!!

Started a little project today; giving the arbor a glow-up! We put in a brick patio, then I started painting it white with black trim. Another day should see it finished!

Sugar is producing more milk than her kids can eat. So while I thought I'd start milking at about 6 weeks post-kidding, I'm starting on day three. Happily, the Reluctant Farmer made me this wonderful milk stand!! Now me and that mama goat just have to sort out how this milking thing is supposed to go.

We've been installing more drain pipe to help manage the flooding we sometimes get. Now the pipe goes from our backyard all the way to the creek. Finally got the pipe buried and put out seed. Hopefully this will have grass in a few weeks!

Today we welcomed two baby goats to the farm, a beautiful little doeling and a handsome buckling. I'm so excited for these babies!! And Sugar is such a good mama!

Meet Chip n' Dale, our new barn cats. We hope they grow up to be great mousers! Our goats are afraid of them and wouldn't come into the barn last night, but stood in the door and stared at the kittens. 😆

Earth Day is an annual celebration that honors the achievements of the environmental movement and raises awareness of the need to protect Earths natural resources for future generations. Earth Day is celebrated on April 22 in the United States and on either April 22 or the day the spring equinox occurs throughout the rest of the world.

Today, the Earth Day Network (EDN), which brings together more than 20,000 partners and organizations in 190 countries, supports the Earth Day mission year-round. This mission is founded on the premise that all people, regardless of race, gender, income, or geography, have a moral right to a healthy, sustainable environment.

Food and Agricultural producers have an important role to play. Regenerative Ag Supporters raise awareness about some farming practices, such as the use of chemical pesticides, which contribute to environmental degradation. Supporters also advocate for a greater support of organic, local, and sustainable agricultural techniques. Farmer's using this method of farming improve degraded soils, sequester carbon, and improve habitat while providing valuable inputs to our food systems.
