Update!

She is rough but looks like with a lot of care and rehab she can make a full recovery.
Not out of the woods but looks promising.
eurlichia , elevated white count ,high sodium and chloride probably from the dehydration.
Ticks dropping off of her going to do a dip after we get more fluids in her.
She is standing but wobbly and shaking a little.
Temp dropped to 97 from 99 .

Update: she made it through the night! She will head to the vet this morning.

Today I was called about this dog. Found during a home viewing. Barely alive. I reached out to an amazing person who went and got her and got her stabilized for now. If she makes it through the night, she will be going to Lindsay Animal Hospital in the morning. Pray for her, pray for Rod who got her safe. If you can, please call Lindsay animal hospital to donate to her care. Just tell them it’s for Rod’s dog that he picked up. They will know. If they don’t tell them I asked you to call and they will definitely know!

The new guy from yesterday is so sad and scared. He flinches at touch but allows me to carry him in and out the shelter to go outside because he’s too scared to go alone. He is pretty shut down but is at least eating. He likes to give me nose boops though. Unaltered, no chip. And he is so handsome! We will be calling him Compass
