Pet Safety for the Solar Eclipse in NJ on 4.8.24 beginning at 2:09 pm, at its peak at 3:24 pm and ending at 4:36 pm. We will not be conducting any walks during this time.

Keep Pets Indoors: While it’s very unlikely that your pet will look directly at the sun, as a precaution keep your pets indoors and close window blinds to prevent eye damage.

Provide a Safe Space: a the sudden change is light may distress your pet so creating a safe and comfortable space indoors where your pets can help them relax.

🎉 3.5.2005 Happy Heavenly 19th Born Day Storm!

Storm was my first dog as an adult, she changed my perspective on pit bulls, instilling in me a deep love for the breed. I’m so thankful to her for showing me how amazing they are.

She was Aaron’s afterschool babysitter and my dedicated running partner, her warmup was my entire 2 mile run! Her favorite person was her daddy though. Ziggy and her were inseparable, she took him in as her baby (exactly what he needed). They slept, played and tore our down feather couch up together!

She loved sunbathing, going swimming, jogging w me while I either ran or rode my bike when my knee was jacked up, chasing anything that dared to enter the yard. She was the best cuddler too!

Salute to the cherished memories of our spicy but endlessly loving Storm.
