Morning Glory Hill Stable is privately owned and operated by Dan & Leona Suchanek. We have a new facility for boarding & training and offer quality instruction for all levels & ages! We have been giving lessons for nearly 20 years and training ours and other horses for that long. We will train the owner as well and teach them to ride and work their own horse. We are located in Southern Minnesota

between Owatonna and Blooming Prairie. If you must be traveling with your horse or horses and need a place to stop for the night, or just to unload and exercise the horse(s) give us a call. We have a coffee pot, bathroom, and shower in the barn for the humans' comfort.

MGH has the first day camp coming up on June 23rd, this is a 3 day day camp Mon thru Wednesday 8am -12 pm for girls 8-15. Allie Bruggaman is the camp counselor. There are still openings in the first camp, second camp is full and openings in the 3rd camp. Cost is $175. Check out the brochure post to see all the particulars. MGH stable also boards horses. We are pleased to serve our clients and take care of , feed, water, clean from, watch their health, their horses. We are blessed to have a group of boarders now, come and care for and ride their horses and help one another. A great group.
We have boarding contracts that boarders must sign stating they will pay the boarding fee on the first of the month with a ten day grace period. On the 11th of the month if there is a history of always paying late or not paying we can exercise a right of lien to take ownership and sell the horse. Our stable has bills to pay that we pay on time, the hay we are feeding and electricity and the labor to do the work is not free.
Every person that has a mortgage pays rent, makes a car payment knows that you must pay on time. We have been burned by boarders in the past, lied to and have been forced into threats to receive the board that is due. We have already provided the service and are entitled to be paid.
We go over the contract with each boarder and show them the lien provision and then repeat as needed.
Please be aware of the work, time and effort that goes into the care of your horse when you cannot be there, and pay in a timely manner.

Morning Glory Hill riding stable, is into spring conditioning horses for the 2025 season! This is the 4th week of our second lesson session for this year . Hey, Morning Glory Hill LLC riding school is ready for the 2025 season. 150 Brochures were mailed out a month ago, so if you still need one contact me by text 507-583-7591 with your address.
Here is a summary of the summer schedule and costs.
Ther are 7 4-week sessions this year cost is $120 prepaid for 4 weeks. First session starts Monday March 3rd to March 27th, 2025, at 4, 5:30 or 6:30, Tuesday and Thursday at the same times. Second session begins March 31st to April 24th.

Our winter sessions were well attended when the temps were above 20 degrees. we had 4-6 girls that were very faithful. its going to be warm now we'll be getting feet trimmed and grooming, lots of grooming. Conditioning horses is very important this time of year. We'll see you all soon. Call to sign up sign a waiver and pay when you arrive. Thanks. Looking forward to seeing you all.

ATTENTION: Effective 9-9-24 Morning Glory Hill riding school.
We will have some class time changes:
Monday lessons will be 4pm for beginners,5:30 for beg and intermediates and 6:30 for adults only.
Tuesday and Thursday lessons remain the same, 4 pm for beginners and 5:30 for beg and intermediates, 6:30 for advanced.
Thursday am will be at 9 and 10.

ATTENTION.
Morning Glory Hill students and parents!!!!!
Due to high humidity and high temps, MGH riding lessons for this week will be suspended till next week all time slots will be as usual for this session but next week! This is for the last week of Session 4.
Session 5 will then begin in Sept 9th, with the same time slots, with the exception of 9 am on Friday.
So I’ll be seeing you all next week when our outdoor temps are bearable.
