Go Vols!! Yeah man!

(6)Tennessee welcomes (15)Oklahoma to the SEC with a loss in its first ever conference game, 25-15.

Tennessee’s defense held the Oklahoma offense to just 36 yards rushing and just 222 yards overall, forcing two fumbles with one interception and a safety.

The win over Oklahoma is Tennessee’s first win in a true road game against a top-15 opponent since 2006.

Please continue to show us the grace you have been and give us the opportunity to reach out to you regarding your mounts as we get to them. We promise we are striving to get them back to you as soon as we can and in the meantime they are being taken care of as well as you would take care of them yourself!

Hey CreekBed fam! It’s come to my attention that a) I’m awful at keeping people updated and b) when I am updating so many people are seeing it! So I’ll update here!

Ron’s last infusion was January 19 and he’s still feeling pretty beat up. He’s super dizzy and weak from this one. He somehow managed to fall and bust his eye open the other morning. He’s sleeping a lot this go round too. Hopefully in the next week he’ll feel better for a few days before his next infusion on the 9th.

The doctor is bringing him in on Friday to pump him full of fluids. I was really hoping he’d get in there sooner for them.

The insurance stopped covering the Varubi which is the 2 pill system patients take before the infusion to control nausea for the entire 21 day period. The doctor said they would give him an IV substitute that’s an equivalent, but you can tell it’s not the same. My sister found a program that will cover the drug for his treatment period, but we have to wait on the doctor’s office to sign it.

If y’all wouldn’t mind, please continue to share. We’ve not gotten in the shop as much as we’d hoped and so we’re still struggling a little bit. Anything will help and if all you’ve got is a prayer, we’ll accept that gratefully as well.
