Update: this project is now subject to start on or after June 17th.

Beginning on or after May 20, 2024 Highway 45 just west of the clinic will be closed for approximately 10 weeks. Please take this into account when planning your trip here. If coming from the west, you can either turn north on Garrison Chapel Road and take Eller across to 45; or turn south there and take Ison Road to Leonard Springs Road.

Please note: appointments that arrive 10 or more minutes late are subject to reschedule.
