All Boarding Includes:
• Grain and hay feeding daily
• Horses are free to roam in one of 9 beautiful pastures
• Free choice hay or grass depending on the season
• Horses are inspected for good health daily
• Use of the outdoor arena and round pen
• Use of the Challenge Course
• Use of the trails on property
• Storage space for all riding equipment in a secure, code-key controlled tack room
• Access to wash racks and ample trailer parking
• Roomy 10x12 private stalls with rubber mats for stall boarders
*Stall boarding includes all of the above in addition to daily stall cleaning and turn out services, grain twice a day, and free choice hay while in the stall.

Ranch Fun Fact:
We keep our horses in herds in the pastures. We believe this has many benefits for the horses. Horses are herd animals; therefore, they are social beings. They love to play with other horses and are most at ease when they have friends they can spend their time with. Horses are also claustrophobic in nature, so horses are most happy when they can be turned out in a pasture. We love seeing our horses enjoy the summer grass in the pastures!

Have you been on the confidence course yet?
The course is full of natural and manmade obstacles that require maintenance on a regular basis. We use the course as a pasture, so the horses get first dibs on the grass. 😉 We work hard to keep weeds to a minimum, mow around the obstacles, bush hog the entire course, and routinely check the obstacles for any repairs that may need to be made. The confidence course is safe and ready the next time you want to ride!

Congratulations to Evelyn - she and Princess have been working hard on their Parelli Level 2 skills and recently passed!
Here is what Evelyn's mom shared about her experience:
"As a mom who has absorbed a lot of the Parelli concepts through observation, I saw new things in the Level 2 work that the casual observer might not. The horseman and the horse have to be connected in countless ways and often making many connections simultaneously to succeed. I saw how nearly undetectable shifts in Evelyn's body position communicated very different things to Princess. This is just one reason that learning and executing Level 2 skills is something that takes focus, hard work, dedication, and great teachers...fortunately Evelyn had all of the above! 😊 Congratulations Evelyn and Thank You SCR Staff! "
