I've put off making this post for a while now, but I've been having a lot more problems with it so I've decided to address it, If you cancel your appointment on us without giving us at LEAST a 24 hour notice you WILL be charged a cancelation fee!! Depending on the size of the dog, you will have to pay an absence fee.Theres no problem with having to reschedule your appointment due to personal reasons, whatever that reasoning may be it is not our fault !!! Canceling on us day of gives us no time to replace your slot, which causes us to lose a lot of money at the end of the day, especially when there's more than 1 cancelation. It's not a personal dig it's a business expense. We will give you 3 days to pay your invoice. After that, your invoice will be canceled, and if you want services in the future, your fee will be doubled. For the ones who have paid your invoices and respected us as a business, thank you so very much for not giving us a big fuss! We appreciate our loyal and honest customers, trust us when we say we love and appreciate you - For Pets Sake Grooming
