Instead of giving my horses chemical dewormer….I’m going with what God gave us in nature. Instead of ‘killing’ worms, let’s make their environment so uncomfortable they choose to move on instead of setting up camp in my horses gut. Lessons 🐴🐴 have taught me…….

Importance of Self- Awareness
Check your baggage at the barn door......you can pick it up on the way out.
Ever heard that horses act as mirrors or reflections of ourselves?
They don't care what brand of clothes you wear or if you have perfect make-up (or if you are like me, none at all), or what you drive around.
Horses care about what you "bring to the conversation"......
I am constantly "checking in" with myself to make sure that all my worries, concerns, stray thoughts, & jumbled emotions stay at the door/gate. They are acknowledged, but not allowed to come with me. I set my intention, which is to only serve as a hollow bone, say a short prayer, & become aware of the energy I am bringing with me to the conversation.
