▪️Spookin Up Dust, 2016 AQHA/APHA stallion has tested NEGATIVE for 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐭𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐚 (𝐄𝐉𝐒𝐂𝐀). This is a recently discovered disease which is lethal in its homozygous form.. thankfully, Enzo 8 panel negative across the board.

❗️𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞:

▪️Phenotype: Affected foals develop ataxia, or incoordination, between 1 and 4 weeks of age. The disorder progresses within a few days until affected foals cannot stand without assistance.

▪️Mode of Inheritance: Autosomal recessive

▪️Alleles: N = Normal/Unaffected, JSA = juvenile spinocerebellar ataxia

What an incredible second season and while it’s not quite over yet, we want to thank each and every one of our mare owners for their unwavering support and belief in our special stallion as we have officially booked full for this year as of June 1st. 😱
We are excited to announce that we will be expecting more of the finest crosses come 2025 out of some fantastic mares as well as watching the class of 2024 grow up into yearlings. Be sure to follow for more updates, available foals, special announcements, 2025 contract release, new faces of FQH, and just simply the best eye candy around when fresh photos take place after breeding season. 🦄

Another gorgeous girl born 4/15, congratulations to Jose Angel Corral! This is his keeper filly who will hopefully go on to be a champion rope horse 😉
I had the pleasure of meeting this sweet filly over the weekend at Top Step Farm and snapped these pictures myself while her dam was getting rebred to Enzo for 2025! She made it easy to photograph and was so incredibly friendly.. another common stamp amongst these Enzlings is their incredible personalities. 🩷🎀
