Happy New Year! 🎆
We’re finally back in the shop today and working on catching up on call backs and messages so bare with us while getting back into routine.

With the New Year we’ve had a few changes as our schedule has changed and we’re now working Tuesday-Friday by appointment only. Limiting our days and extending our hours means every appointment is valuable and we’re strongly going to start enforcing our cancellation policy.

(must cancel within 24hours to be exempt)

1st No Call No Show- Exempt

2nd No Call No Show- Must put down 50% deposit to make next appointment (this is non-refundable but will go towards your next appointment as long as you show)

3rd No Call No Show- No longer able to make appointments no exceptions

Additionally if you show up 15 minutes or more late for your appointment it will be forfeited

We always have a list of people wanting to get their dog pampered so please take our time and theirs into consideration, we understand things come up.

Also we have had a slight price increase with the rising costs of running business and have our updated price list posted in the lobby. We want to ensure to continue providing you with the best service possible and unfortunately this is the only way.

We’re also currently unable to accept new clients at this time, we will make a post on Facebook when we’re able to do so again.

Thank you all for allowing us to follow our dream and being so understanding, we wouldn’t be here without you. Here’s to the New Year and all the excitement that comes with it! 🐩❤️

These shelter babies are about the have a wonderful Christmas, so thankful for everyone who has brought stuff by for the furkids who haven’t found a home yet, you guys are truly amazing and have a heart of gold!🎄

Its the last week to drop off donations for both Mercer County Animal Shelter and Tazewell County Animal Shelter! Drop off any goodies for the pups/kitties and take an ornament off the tree for yourself 🎁❤️

We would like to invite everyone to come to our event next week. We are going to be giving our dogs toys, treats, & lots of love. This is an awesome opportunity to come spend time with our animals and just maybe find your perfect fur baby. We will also be providing hot chocolate and cookies for our guests. Please share the word so we can ensure our babies get the best Christmas! We are planning on celebrating from 4pm-6pm. ❤️🎄

What a wonderful surprise we received today. Thank you, Pit Bull Second Chance Rescue for the beautiful flower arrangement! It was truly an honor to host the Santa event for you guys. We appreciate all you do for the dogs, and we were happy to be a small part of it. The world is a better place because of people like you. Keep up the good work, you guys are making a difference! ❤️

A dog rescue specializing in pit bulls gave pet owners the chance to take some cute, holiday-themed photos on Sunday, all while supporting an organization with the goal of helping all dogs, not just the pit bull breed.

2 years ago today we opened our doors for business. We were filled with excitement and a lot of uncertainty. In this short amount of time, our business has grown beyond anything we could have imagined. We had no idea at this early stage in our journey, we would be at the point we could no longer accept new clients. We would like to thank you guys, our loyal customers, for staying with us and being patient while we have had to work through the growing pains of scheduling to make sure we can keep every pup looking great. Haley and I both appreciate each and every one of you, more than you could ever know. Again, THANK YOU, for trusting Brooke’s Baths N Biscuits with your fur babies. And thank you for making our dream a reality! 2 years down, many more to come!!!
