I am still amazed at how much weight I have lost in the last 8 months. I lost another 1 and 1/2 lbs. this week. I have lost 95 1/2 lbs. I am getting closer to 100 lbs. lost. This is an amazing journey that I have been on. I am healthy, happy and I have so much energy. I have lost 70 lbs. in 4 1/2 months. Can you believe it! I WANT TO SHARE THIS AMAZING TRANSFORMATION WITH THE WHOLE WORLD even though my before picture is so embarrassing. I hope that it will encourage others that this can be their health journey. I received a call from an animal shelter in Montana. One of the Ridgley Country Pugs is in their shelter. They gave me the microchip number. We haven't microchiped our dogs for about 11 years. I can't find my microchipe file. If you have lost your pug in that state, please contact me. I want this pug to find his/her family. :(

Our sweet Yogi Bear has crossed the Rainbow Bridge today. He had a great life and brought us 15 years of happiness. We will miss him.
