It's hard to believe that Magnolia hasn't found her forever home yet. This 1 year old Catahoula has absolutely striking markings. Magnolia is great with other dogs, has spent time with kids and really enjoys their company, and finds cats frightening and not to be messed with (smart girl!).

Magnolia walks well on a leash and is learning basic obedience and catching on quite quickly. Magnolia does have a big personality and loves people. She is still young and has the energy of a younger dog bur she does settle quickly and is quite eager to please. Magnolia is an absolutely fantastic girl and so much more than a pretty face!

Some dogs are just all around great dogs and Radar is one of those dogs! Radar is a 9 month old mixed breed. For such a young dog, he is as close to perfect as they come. He's great with other dogs and respectful of cats. He's not a jumper, he walks well on a leash, and he knows basic commands. Radar is just a gentile soul and we absolutely adore him!

As all black dogs are discounted in November, his adoption fee is discounted.

Radar is not one of those dogs that should not be passed up. He's amazing!

Oh Bernard. Bernard had a pending application which, unfortunately, fell through. It's pretty heartbreaking as shelter life is not for Bernard and he is showing signs of stress.

Bernard is a 4 year old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Mix. He is great with the other dogs in play groups, fantastic with kids, and LOVES the pool! Bernard is a smart boy and would be easy to train to do tricks and such. Bernard walks well on a leash and knows sit. We have not cat tested him yet, but can upon request.

Let's all share Bernard far and wide and get him into a forever home!

Check out Randa!

This sweet 8 month old lab mix came to us from another shelter and we know she is someone's dream dog. She is absolutely beautiful, but also has a winning personality. She is a cuddler who really wants to be super close to her people. Though she knows that she is not a lap dog, we know that secretly she dreams of being one! Randa is great in play groups with the other dogs and would be fine with kids as well.

We know that her forever home is out there. Maybe it's you!

Well, now that Duncan has been adopted, we only have 1 resident who has been with us for over 6 months and that's Mr Cannoli.

Cannoli is very much a staff favorite. Let us tell all you need to know about Cannoli.

Cannoli is a couch potato. He would be fine going on a brief walk from time to time, but he would be much happier lounging.

Cannoli is a snuggler. He is happiest on the couch cuddling.

Cannoli loves all people and would be great with children.

Cannoli can be picky about his dog friends, but we can be picky about our people friends so we understand that!

Cannoli loves food and is quite treat motivated. He should be easy to train with treats if you can get him out of the dog bed to actually work on his training.

Cannoli is not a barker. Sure, he will voice his opinion from time to time, but for the most part, he is a quiet boy.

Cannoli really would make a great family dog, he just needs someone to give him a chance!
