Nurse Victoria and Dr. Gray helped this sweet little Sphynx kitten at her first examination at Healthy pets! Its always a treat to get to see these little babes grow!
Fun Fact: Did you know that throughout history, Egyptians held cats in high regard and considered them magical creatures. The Sphynx cat, as we know it today, was named after the Sphinx of Giza in Egypt due their sophisticated and regal look. They may look like royalty, but you’ll find that Sphynx cats are goofy and playful little felines!

Lucille the GREAT! This gentle giant starting coming to us as a 20lb 8 week old puppy. Now she is going on 4 years old and weighs in at 130lbs!! It has been such a pleasure watching her grow! Thank you to her family for trusting us with her care all of these years!

Meet the newest addition to our Healthy Pets Family, Cecilia! This sweet girl is a senior cat rescued by our very own Dr. Elizabeth Whitsett. She came from our local shelter Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control. Nurse Jessi and Dr. Whitsett were able to help get her severe periodontal disease under control, and now she is happy and healthy! She has proven to LOVE her new life and family! We feel so lucky to have her as one of our patients!

❗️Furry Friends Adoption, Clinic & Ranch experienced major damage from the Tornadoes during Hurricane Milton. We will be accepting donations over the next week to help our fellow animal lovers through this difficult time. Please drop off any items at our office or at Healthy Pets Veterinary Care - Boca North. ANYTHING HELPS. They are in need of: Dog and Cat food, towels, beds, blankets, toys, and treats. "Tommy Turkpike" was found on the FL Turnpike in Miami. Luckily he was rescued by Boston Terrier Rescue East TN - Florida Division where he met a very loving foster family (hopefully his soon to be parents). Tommy started his laser treatments for some scars and potential trauma from his past this week. He has proven to LOVE his laser therapy sessions and his new life. We are so lucky to have you buddy!

Our Dachshund Duo Andouille and Brew came in to visit last week. Nurse Arjay and Dr. Dezubiria helped them get up to date on their Semi-Annual Bordetella to help protect them against kennel cough!! We LOVE Dachshunds!!

We are SO EXCITED to welcome Dr. Tanis Whyte [back] to our team at Boca North Animal Hospital🐾 With over 27 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Whyte brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for pet care. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State. In addition to her expertise in general practice, Dr. Whyte has a heart for rescue work, helping pets that were too sick for adoption get healthy and find their forever homes. She even volunteered with Gumbo Limbo, caring for sick and injured sea turtles! 🌊🐢
When she’s not at the clinic, you can find her cycling, enjoying the beach, or spending time with her family of pets. We’re are so blessed to have her as part of our team!💙
