In The Irons Equestrian Center is a full-service equestrian center offering boarding, and lessons

are ready for horse ownership but would like to show. Our barn has 35 stalls, as well as a climate-controlled tack room, five grooming areas, four wash racks, a fully equipped kitchen and large client lounge. Adjacent are roomy paddocks, two lighted arenas, each with a full size dressage arena. In The Irons is owned and operated by trainer/instructor Jill Ammann. Jill has been teaching students and training horses since 2002. She has built a clientele, which is not limited to, but focused on the young rider. Students range in age from 5 to 75, and from beginner and adult amateur riders to serious show competitors.

In The Irons is looking for a new riding instructor to take on 25 established students who take a minimum of 1 lesson a week. Hours are mostly after school and weekends. You must have at least of 5 years experience teaching/riding/showing dressage or hunter/jumper and must be 21 or older. You will be expected to ride at your interview. $25/hr.

Frost Fest IEA Show lived up to its name. Even with freezing temperatures, the show still went on. We can’t wait to see Hannah Elliott, Hana Collins, and Abby Pompa compete at regionals. Way to go team !

Stable Moments

In The Irons is happy to welcome H.A.L.O. (Horse Assisted Learning Org.) to our facility. H.A.L.O. has partnered with Stable Moments Stable Moments is a mentorship program that matches • 1 community mentor, with • 1 foster or adopted child and • 1 horse for • 1 hour per week for 10 months to develop life skills for healthy transitions into adulthood Each child is given a plan of care that is color coded for the life skill areas they are working on. Community mentors then choose activities based on those colors. To track progress, mentors complete activity logs at the end of each session. We also collect pre and post test data for life skill improvement and complete progress summaries at the mid-point and end of session the year.

We are still in search of a judge for our hunter ring at our "Summer Luau" H/J Show at the Rose Palace on June 4-5. If you know of someone (or are someone) please PM your contact info. Thanks for your help!!

In The Irons offers lessons for all ages 7 days a week, summer camps, birthday parties and schooling shows.
