Meet Daiquiri! This adorable 1-year-old, 10-pound Westie or Maltese mix has the softest fur and a heart full of love! She’s a true Velcro dog who adores her people and loves giving lots of kisses. Daiquiri gets along wonderfully with other small dogs and is doing great with potty training.

She walks beautifully on a leash and, while car rides aren’t her favorite, she’s happy as long as she’s with her person. She was recently groomed very short due to matting, but her beautiful coat will grow back soon. Sweet, affectionate, and oh-so-cuddly, Daiquiri is ready to be someone’s perfect little companion!

While I was working today, seven 6th-grade boys came in, eager to order 40 wings and sodas. They excitedly asked if they had enough money, and I couldn’t help but wonder—where were their parents?
When I asked, they proudly said, "We’re alone! We’ve been saving up and looking forward to this for weeks!" Their excitement was contagious, but what really stood out? Their kindness and respect.
They were incredibly polite—every sentence filled with please and thank you.
They went out of their way to make ordering easy for me.
They even promised to leave a good tip (😂).
One of them gently reminded a friend to put his phone away while I was speaking—better manners than some adults, honestly!
They were so well-behaved that a nearby customer took notice—and ended up picking up their entire bill, telling them to pay it forward. 🥹❤️
And the best part? Look at how they left the table! Cleaner than most adults (myself included)! These boys are proof that good manners, respect, and kindness are alive and well. Major props to their parents—whatever you’re doing, keep it up! 👏👏
