To ensure fairness amidst rising cancellations, we require at least 48hr advance notice before changing or canceling appointments. A fee of $45 per pet will be required to be paid before rebooking. This allows us to minimize disruptions while protecting our hardworking grooming staff who rely on commission-based income. Habitual offenders of this cancellation policy with be required to pay for services upfront at booking or possible termination of grooming services altogether. While we understand unforeseen circumstances happen as we are all human we simply ask to reach out to us in a timely manner. We hope you understand where we are coming from as a small business!

🥰 Had some cuties come in today!
Our first Keeshound, Grady! He's a year and so full of love and fluff! Keeshounds only need baths and very good brush outs!
And Mr. Bandit! He's been coming here since he was a puppy, he's about a year now! He gets a good shave down and a nice round face!

Hello everyone! Rebecka here!!
I've groomed cats for about 5 years, I stopped grooming them for a while but I have been considering starting them again.
It would only be one weekend a month and very limited spots. I can only do them on the weekend because we are a very high volume salon with dogs during the week and it would be way less stressful to have them come when the dogs aren't here.
Their are going to be some stipulations with grooming them. This post is to see if anyone would be interested in this before I purchase the cat shampoos and special items needed for them.

⭐️New Year, New Us!⭐️
Hello customers! Here is our updated price list. Please know that we will be weighing each pet to make sure they are charged accordingly. We will keep that weight on file for all appointments.
Also we have updated our dematting charges and our handling fee. We will also have the customer release form for everyone to sign.
Please know that running a small business and paying for everything out of pocket is costly. We only raise prices to stay in business, buy supplies and help pay our staff. The cost of everything has gone up and we need to take that into account.

Lizz here All 4 Paws Family!

I wanted to take a minute and make an appreciation post for my wonderful staff that helps make the salon what it is.

Zeke our bather has been with us for 2.5 years and is the backbone of the salon. Not many people have the pleasure of meeting him but he is the person for making sure all the pups are washed properly and thoroughly!

Rebecka started with us a little over a year ago and has taught me so many things not only as a groomer but also as a salon owner and she’s one of the most talented groomers I’ve ever met. I’m very fortunate that she believes in me and sticks by me no matter what!

Christina started with us in May of this year. She has quickly learned so many things in regards to this industry and helps all around the salon and is always there when we need her. I would lose my head if it wasn’t for her!

Caitlyn started with us the week of Thanksgiving. She took a chance on our little shop and is doing such a wonderful job adjusting from being a mobile groomer to a salon groomer. She has been a wonderful addition to our grooming family and I’m so excited to see the things to come from her.

Each of these people have individually and collectively impacted my life in more than one way and to say I’m grateful is a vast understatement. They trust me to make the right decisions for the business and lead them in the right direction. They have made running our tiny but mighty shop the greatest joy of my life. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to say to them but thank you guys for everything y’all have done not only for the salon but for me.

We will be open this Saturday the 23rd and the 26th, 27th, and 28th of December.

As the year comes to a close and we prepare for this Christmas break, we have a few changes we would like to address for the new year.

Clients will have to sign a release form for any service we perform. This will help ensure we are providing the correct services and accurate ones. We will have every customer initial next to haircuts, this will need to be done at drop off so please be patient with us as we need this document signed.

If pets are matted we will have to charge dematt fees. We normally only charge these when pets are too matted to be brought straight into the tub and worked on. It not only puts us behind but also puts extra wear and tear on our tools.
A matting fee is anywhere between 15-40$ depending on severity.

Our prices will be increasing 5-10$ depending on pet size. We have a scale in the salon and will be weighing ALL pets to determine price. We have been lucky enough to get through this year without a price increase, but as a small company that buys its own prodcuts out of pocket, the inflation on our products and the world around us, we need to be able to keep up.

Hello customers!
We would like to shed some light on the new virus going around. We are taking extra measures to ensure every dogs safety is in priority at the salon. We are disinfecting between pets and after dogs come in for check in. The front will be sanitized between check ins.
Please know we are aware of all that is happening and we are keeping an eye on everything. If you do not feel comfortable coming in we do understand but please give us the curdisy of knowing in advance so we can easily fill spots.

We are super excited to announce we have added another full time groomer to our team! Caitlyn has been grooming 6 years and we are so happy to have her in the salon. With that being said we will be taking more new clients with pups under 50lbs to fill her schedule through the holidays!

We are still enforcing our 1 hour pickup policy and are doing extra cleaning and sanation around the salon to ensure we keep our clients pets safe!

As we get closer to the Christmas holiday please keep in mind we are trying to accommodate every client to the best of our ability. Unfortunately we are booked solid with large dogs until we come back in January. Please be patient with us. Rebecka and Lizz have very few appointments left till we close for our winter vacation after the 22nd. So if you’re needing something please schedule now. There are NOT any spots open the week of the 18th-22nd and very limited spots available 11th-16th. We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving this coming week. We normally do not work the weekend but with the amount of customers needing appointment, we will be open the next 2 Saturdays of the month!!! We do have stipulations for Saturdays.

Our hrs are limited so spots are limited. We ask that any pet that comes in be picked up withing 30 minutes of being called as we leave as soon as the last pet is gone. We cannot accommodate ANY pets needing an express service or straight through service.

Hello all valued customers! We are just letting everyone know that we are working hard to get your pets in with us and booked this holiday!

Right now we only have 2 groomers. So our spaces are very limited as we prepare to enter the holidays. The week of Thanksgiving is booked and we cannot accept anymore appointments that week.

The last 2 weeks of December are already booked as well. We have most customers on schedules and unless we have last minutes cancelations, we are not taking anymore customers these weeks as well.

Attention customers!!
As we get closer to the holiday season we would just like to put this information out there. It will also be posted in the shop.
We cannot accommodate "express" grooms for November and December, unless previously discussed. Your groomers are taking on more dogs then usual and trying to accommodate as many pets in a safe way.
We also need to have the dogs picked up within an hr of us calling or texting as our kennels are limited. We will be charging an extra 25$ for any pet left after the one hr mark of being contacted.
Our cancelation fee will be 50$ during the holidays as we cannot fill the spots as quickly and it effects the groomers. If you have any question please don't hesitate to contact us and ask!
We are excited and ready to get another holiday season under our belts!!

💕 Hello everyone!

We are sad to say that we no longer offer mobile grooming. It was a great learning experience for us, but we prefer to stay salon only.

We did however have a local groomer that we trust and love take over, we know all our mobile clients will be in good hands with her!

Her name is Dallas and her new company is called Bark Ops grooming. They are veteran owned and all around good people. She previously worked for Gracious Grooming and was taught and trained by Lilliana, the owner, for a year.

We are Still transitioning and as such we are helping her get her books filled. You are more then welcome to reach out with inquiries for mobile still and we can help you out!! We are so proud of Dallas and how far she's come and for this new journey!

A long time client of ours needs to rehome their pet. This is Roxy. He is a small doodle, he is neutered and he is very good for grooming. He's probably around 2yrs old, he does have some energy but he's a sweet guy!

Did you know in our salon and in the mobile van we use “Happy Hoodies”?

These are used to help protect your fur babies ears from the loud dryers that we use. It also helps calm them during the drying process. We use them on every pup that we take care of. Big or small we have sizes to fit them all 😊 then when we need to dry their heads we take it off and use a lower speed so it doesn’t stress them out. We also have hand dryers for the pups that don’t like the dryer near their faces at all!

Just a friendly reminder! As we gear up for the holidays, we have to just mention a few things.

We do charge a no show fee of 35$ per pet if the appointment is canceled less then 24hrs in advance.

There are dematting charges if the pet is matted to the point where we cannot just give the dog a bath right off the bat. It is anywhere from 15-30$ depending on the severity of the matts.

We charge 15$ extra for fleas found on your pet. To help ensure no other pets get them in the salon

We do close at 2pm. Due to customers consistently showing up late we will have to charge a 15$ per half hour after we close that we are here. Unless previously discussed and agreed upon at drop off, this charge will be added to your services upon pick up.

We also will try our hardest to get your pets done in a timely manner. Sometimes things happen out of our control and we may take a little longer. Please be patient and if ever concerned about your pet, feel free to message us for an update.

We are only taking small dogs right now (anything UNDER 50lb) because we are at capacity for big dogs. We have openings in the middle of September.

Want to know more about our mobile grooming service we offer❓❗️

1️⃣. We currently only service Kendall county and the part of Fair oaks that falls outside of that.

2️⃣. We do not charge a travel fee so when calling for a quote everything is included in the price.

3️⃣. All package options we offer include: bath, blow dry, nail trimming/grinding, ear cleaning and a**l gland expression.

4️⃣. Our van is a fully equipped salon on wheels. This means we do not require any power or water when coming to your home.

5️⃣. We provide a unique one on one service for you and your pet. No other pets will be in the van while we are working with your pet. No kennels and no wait times!

6️⃣. We use premium shampoos and conditioners to ensure your pets coat is taken care of.
