Update: we are hoping to hear back from the insurance company early this coming week. Once everything has been processed, we will get the roof repairs on the book.
We are getting the salon ready to operate at half capacity in the safe area of the salon while we wait on repairs. Our kennel room is one of the main areas that is not safe to use, so we will be limited on intake per day. We will be messaging clients individually in order of missed appointment for reschedule starting Monday the 14th of October. We will also be messaging clients who are already on the book for the week of the 14th in regards to their appointment.
When the roof repairs are on the book, we will most likely have to shut down again for a couple days until they give us the clear to operate while they are finishing up. Due to this, we are contacting upcoming appointments two or three days ahead at a time. 
Once all the repairs are scheduled and finished, we will be back to operating at full capacity. In the meantime, online booking will be disabled. If you do not currently have an appointment and would like to make one please contact us directly to be placed on our waiting list.
