Great review from Kelsey... "We boarded our car here for 5 days and everyone at cozy cat resort was lovely! We were nervous because it was our cat’s first time staying at a boarding place and he was really timid at first. But the staff was so patient with him and he eventually came out of his shell with a lot of their gentleness and encouragement. We got photos and detailed text updates every day, and they were super quick to respond to question. Would definitely have our cat stay here again."

Great review from Bryan... "Excellent service and caring staff. Julie and the staff are very responsive and helpful-- before, during, and after the stay. They also send photos and updates of how your kitty is doing which is really a nice touch. They are very detail oriented and are great at helping with medication and food needs. I have used them several times and will use them again in the future."

Great review from Jennifer... "I had a high maintenance special needs kitty that I couldn't leave home alone for more than half a day. Cozy Cat Resort came through on all levels. Monkey loved his time there and was cared for as if he was at home.
Recently I boarded another one of my cats here. She turned out to be very timid and scared, and the staff made her feel welcome and cared for her with great tenderness."

At 14 years old Diamond enjoys her daily lap time with CCR Staff. She loves brushing and chin scratches. After cuddle time she enjoys fresh dried cat nip sprinkled in her bed. We love pampering our guests at no additional cost!

Great review from Karyn... "Cozy Cat Resort and staff are AWESOME! I went on vacation and previously had house sitters for my two girls (15 years old and 12) The last time we had a housesitter, my oldest cat who needs meds twice a day had a very difficult time, so we decided to try Cozy Cat. They were responsive to all my text messages, sent pictures and reassured me that my oldest was getting her meds, eating and drinking. Cozy Cat Resort is very clean, no smell and they let cats out one at a time for play time in a very comfortable environment. There are several different stay arrangements to choose from. We chose adjoining suites so They could visit each other through a little cat door. I plan on using them again soon!"

Great review from Julie... "What can i say other than I LOVE this place! Our little Nacho was so at ease i wasn’t sure he'd come home. The daily updates and pictures warmed my heart. The setting is spacious and clean. I had been boarding Nacho at the vet but the resort is his new home away from home."

Cece was beautifully transported from Texas to Idaho with love and care.

Here we are almost and year later and have gone on a few trips .. Thr Cozy Cat team comes to our home, plays and cares for Cece .. sends messages and photos. They are just awesome.

The latest chapter came with yet another move to a different home .. and a trip away. Cozy Cat team to the rescue! Cece was transported by Julie to and from the exquisite home away from home .. Cece continues to amaze us with her adaptability and we have used a few tips from Cozy Cat on how to help her adjust. They’re the best ! Thanks so much, Pam"

I trust everyone at Cozy Cat Resort to care for my adorable but high-maintenance kitty, Willow. Willow has stayed at cozy cat resort since she was a young kitten. While I'm away, the staff at Cozy Cat Resort keeps me well-informed with updates about Willows's well-being, attitude, eating, litter box, and pictures! I can rest a bit easier knowing that my cat is being fed the proper amount per day and getting her daily medication. The staff at Cozy Cat Resort have great relationships with all of the cats under their care and excellent rapport with the cat's parents. The stress of leaving your pet in the care of someone else can be a lot, but have no fear since the staff at Cozy Cat Resort are all great at what they do and are all very lovely people! I can't recommend cozy cat services enough to every cat parent out there!"

The facilities are clean, comfortable, and clearly designed with the well-being of cats in mind. But what truly impressed us was the level of care and attention our cat received while she was there. The staff took the time to get to know her personality and preferences early on, making sure she felt at home and relaxed throughout her stay.

What really stood out, however, were the regular updates we received from Cozy Cat Resort via photos and messages. It was wonderful to see how happy our cat was, even on days when we couldn't be with her. Great review from Laura... "Cozy Cat is great. They were happy to take my cat for a week sight unseen after I moved across country and had to turn around and leave for a family wedding. They were super responsive, getting back to my panicked 2am (EST) email right away and telling me they would be happy to take my princess and they could deal with her no matter the level of stress after driving across country with her for a week. They made a point to share pictures with me every day while i was gone, and followed up after i was home to see how my cat was settling. They have also been incredibly useful helping me settle into my new home with recommendations on food, vets, emergency vets, and more.
They just had my cat for another week while i was on a work trip, and she was happy to be there, got plenty of interaction and snuggles while there, and worked on socializing her with other cats before i get a kitten this fall. Cozy Cat is a lifesaver and my princess did not want to leave today when i picked her up."

Great review from Nancy... "Our cat, Riley, had a UTI and abscess during her stay, and the Cozy Cat staff took her to the next door vet for treatment as needed. It was deemed “normal TLC” from their perspective. From our perspective, it was “above and beyond care” and greatly appreciated. We have boarded Riley there several times. They send pictures and updates daily. Such a great place and amazing people who love cats."

Knowing this place was a safe and trusted option for our cat, Jam, put my mind at ease. The employee's at Cozy Cat are such sweet ladies who really want your cat to feel loved and comfortable! I felt I could relax during our trip knowing she was being taken care of so well. The best part was they took the time to send me pictures every single day updating us on our sweet Jam.
