In addition to providing a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories, we also offer advanced techniques such as minimally invasive laparoscopic spays and other endoscopic surgeries, surgical orthopedic procedures (including TPLO's), advanced dentistry with digital dental x-rays, advanced chronic pain management using Class IV therapeutic laser and regenerative stem cell therapy. We also maintain a full-scale health program for your pet that includes annual physical exams, vaccinations, neutering and spaying, nutritional counseling, and parasite control. Our veterinary staff is prepared to treat the problems of parasites indigenous to this area of Idaho. 🦠Leptospirosis is an infection of Lepto bacteria. Found in the urine of infected mice, rats, racoons, skunks and possums, this bacteria gets excreted into the environment.

Dogs are most often infected by drinking from a contaminated water source. The bacteria then targets the liver and kidneys, leading to serious illness and sometimes death.

You can prevent infection with an annual lepto vaccine and booster, good for dogs over 12 weeks old.
