🎃Announcement🎃

I have been having an uptick in last minute cancellations, no shows, and late arrivals to appointments.

It is very critical that you arrive to your appointment on time. We do our best to send out confirmation texts the day before a scheduled appointment. 15 mins or longer being late will result in the appointment being rescheduled.

I do not charge for last minute cancellations or no shows but if I keep having an uptick in them I will have to start.

I appreciate every one of you for giving me the opportunity to be your groomer!
