Hi Molly's Friends! We are looking to hire our next team member!! We had just hired a lovely girl named Emma (some of you may have met her), but unfortunately due to a personal emergency, she has decided she can no longer work at Molly's. Rather than hire through Indeed, we thought we would reach out to our customers first to see if anyone would like to work part time at Molly's!
Our work environment includes:

Company perks - Free pet food monthly. Wholesale on all other products
Monthly parking in downtown parking garage
On-the-job training
Molly's is looking for a Team Member who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and serving our customers the way they deserve to be served. The ideal team member will be passionate about dog and cat nutrition, and be willing to learn about the variety of products offered at Molly's. If you're hard working, positive and want to make a positive impact, then this is the job for you.

Required:

Love to learn about dogs & cats and their care
Regularly lift & carry 50 lbs
Able to start work before 10AM and/or end after 7PM
Able to work weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends
Must be available Wednesday 12pm - 7pm & Saturdays 12pm - 6pm

Bonus:

Have retail experience and are familiar with POS Systems
Have worked or are working in the pet industry
Strong interest in the diet of pets, and all aspects of pet care
Familiar with raw pet food

Basic Duties :

Friendly greeting of customers & pets
Providing helpful customer service & advice
Opening / Closing tasks
Clean the self-service paw spa (dog wash)
Unload deliveries and stock shelves
Carry customer purchases out to the car
Keep the store neat, clean, and orderly

Compensation:

$13-$14 an hour based on experience
FREE Monthly Pet Food (Nutrisource 30lb - 40lb Bag)
Wholesale on ALL other pet food & Supplies
4 FREE dog washes a month
FREE parking in downtown parking garage.
We are seeking candidates willing to work weekdays as well as at least one weekend day a week. WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY availability is required. Hours range between 20-30 a week. As a growing company, there is tons of room to grow and advance into a management position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
