We’re 5 days old today and growing like weeds!
We still can’t see or hear, but we can smell, feel, and taste. Mama has been supplying us with some really good milk, and we started Early Neuro Stimulation training and Early Scent Introduction a couple of days ago. Once we can hear, we’ll get exposure to lots of new sounds like doorbells, traffic, fireworks, vacuum cleaners and other loud noises that might be scary later if we don’t get desensitized early. All of these experiences will help keep us later to be smarter, calmer, well-socialized, and well-adjusted family members in our new furever homes.

These sweet babies are three and a half weeks old now. They’re getting so big. While they still love to eat and sleep, they now enjoy playing with each other, too. Their play/living area will be expanded today, so they’ll have more space.
We still have theee females available - 2 black and 1 chocolate!

It's so hard to believe that these sweet babies are now 16 days old! Their eyes are open, and they are starting to interact with each other like... well... puppies! 😊 They have all tripled (some quadrupled) their weight. They still love breakfast, lunch, dinner, and multiple snacks daily with Mommy. Today is the last day for their Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Sensory Introduction (ESI). In the upcoming week, they will start litter-box training, crate training, and and introduction to toys (now that their eyes are open). We will start to introduce them to various sounds soon, as their ears will start to open. This will help desensitize them to certain sounds early, such as thunderstorms, fireworks, door knocking, and others, which could later cause them anxiety.
Of course, we will continue to snuggle, love, and brush your puppy daily, until you can!
